My wife and I recently reached out by phone to the Seattle Sub-Zero/Wolf showroom. We had urgent questions about whether a new induction cooktop would fit our existing countertop opening. Jen went above and beyond. She and a colleague went out to the showroom floor and lifted out a cooktop, measured, took photos, and followed up as the professional she is. She not only provided the exact technical dimensions, but she also dug through inventory to take photos the next day of installation brackets to completely confirm and resolve the question of whether we could install this cooktop or not without modifying our countertop. Jen's swift response saved us from a costly renovation mistake. Professionals of Jen's caliber are rare. We wanted to ensure her excellent work and professionalism were officially recognized and also so that more become aware of the Seattle showroom which we highly recommend a visit to before visiting any appliance store. If we would have known about the showroom we would have been willing to drive hours to talk to Jen and see, feel, and test the appliances. Jen and the showroom have won us over to SubZero/Wolf despite the massive uplift in cost. Fans for life.

Bradlee Distributors and Wolf Ovens had us over to the Bradlee Showroom to help teach us about some of the capabilities of our new oven. Not only did a good local chef prepare a delicious dinner for us, but we learned about our oven too!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience learning about all the wolf appliances. The dinner was delicious and the staff had answers to all our questions no matter how complicated.

I went to view & demo the wolf built in covection steam oven. I enjoyed a four course meal prepared by Chef Kirsten entirely in the Wolf Gourmet convection steam oven!!
