I cannot say enough good things about this place! Went absolutely above and beyond to help us with our crazy schedule. Prices are good, customer service is great, and we will DEFINITELY be buying from here again no questions asked! And as far as people saying they dont answer, I haven't seen that. There must be new management or something because if they weren't able to answer right away, they always called me right back within like 20 minutes.

Call multiple times after they came on the wrong appointment date and I havnt been able to reach them again. I see why you guys have 3.5 star as a review. To anyone who are thinking about going with this company, dont do it and go to a more respectful business who actually care about serving you. FYI. You can also report them to BBB of wisconsin for business complaints or any bad business practices from them.

Working with this business was terrible. I was told the appliance we needed replaced was on order for weeks on end. I called several times over the course of 2 months and was told 3 different times “A guy will be out early next week.” At the end of the two months I called one last time and was told they were too busy and that I should find a different company for service. I will never call Commercial Appliance for anything ever again. Extremely unreliable.
