Grand Appliance and Tv

Stopped in the Appleton location for the first time. Shane greeted me within minutes of entering the store. He spent quite a bit of time with me answering my many questions about different refrigerator options and brand reliability, which I really appreciated. Went back a week later after making my decision, and Brandon helped finalize the sale since Shane was with another customer at the time. They got me on the schedule for delivery the next day, and we had our new frig in our kitchen and running less than 24 hours later. I’m absolutely amazed at the knowledge of both guys, speed of service, and pristine condition of the appliance. Delivery was also a great experience; courteous and careful, yet fast delivery guys. I’ve purchased many household appliances over the years and honestly have NEVER had such a positive experience. Will definitely be buying my future appliances from them. Great job guys, and a huge thank you!!!

The showroom is beautiful. The sales folks are knowledgeable. The selection of products and features are abundant. We have been repeat customers for several appliances for a decade now! We also worked through replacing a part on our dishwasher as well with the Service Department, which did not go exactly as planned, but the manager Chris made it 100% right and followed through with me to solve the problem effectively. Accurate diagnosis of problem and it was fixed in minutes once the part came in.

Thumbs up. Very impressed, not only with the store and the amount of inventory BUT sales rep Shane couldn't have been more helpful. Not only personable but took time to answer my questions and give me options without being pushy or trying to steer me away from what brand and/or features I wanted. Very helpful! I did purchase a dishwasher. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my go-to appliance store if and it when the need arises again.

Had a great experience! Brandon was patient and thorough in his explanations. He also didn’t blink and eye when we wanted to take home the spec sheets of the units we were contemplating and look them over more thoroughly before deciding. The delivery and installation went smoothly! The delivery arrived right around when Scheduled and installation was done in no time! Everyone we dealt with was great! Overall,it was a great experience!
