Fox Valley Outlet

I was referred to Fox Valley Outlet to purchase appliances, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. Greg initially assisted me, walking me through the facility and helping me look at microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers, even texted me photos of the items I was looking at. I ended up purchasing a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an over-the-range microwave. Since I bought the items a few months in advance, the store was able to hold them for me without any issues. I later drove a U-Haul to pick up The refrigerator, Josh and will helped load it and was extremely respectful and helpful. The entire process was smooth and professional. After installing the appliances, everything worked perfectly. Even though the store specializes in scratch-and-dent items, everything I purchased was in near-mint condition—you could hardly notice any imperfections.I’m very pleased with my purchase and truly appreciate the great service. The location is clean, well organized and had a large selection. Staff were helpful and patient as we narrowed down our favorites until making a final choice. We ended up leaving with a different model refrigerator than what we had seen online, which initially caught our attention. It was well worth the hour plus drive (taking back roads home). Extra help with loading our truck was much appreciated.

We went in today looking for a refrigerator because ours quit working, so it was must need situation. Dean was so helpful and so kind. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions about each refrigerator. We found a very nice refrigerator and it was less than half the regular retail price! We left 25 minutes later with a high quality refrigerator. It's amazing that they have items in stock and you can have it today and not wait for it to be ordered.
