I just know you all lost a long time customer today..do u help customer save money. Absolutely not..the guy was told the washer would not hold water an he assumed it would an it didn't..you all charge that woman 200 dollars plus she had to replace washer.Do not take advantage of elderly well...there's a first time for everything huh.. matter of fact that washer was bought from you and tore up within a week

We had our washer go out. They didn't really say that they could fix the one that we had, so we had them replace it within two weeks. We had Em coming out to work on it and fix it. And then, within 2 months of that, the door latch came off, but it was already out of warranty. And then we've had issues where it was just ripping all of our clothes with the swasher brand new stuff, and then all of a sudden it just froze up, wouldn't spin anymore. So the guy comes out, he's working on it says, oh, you know, it's the pump. This or that goes to fix it? And oh I can't get the water to stay in the tub. It's leaks out why I just filled it up. After he left, it's not leaking out. These guys have been nothing but scammers. The whole time there were Springs and screws that were loosened and came out. He said it either had to be an act of God or more for more than one of those things to have happened. He basically said that I was a liar, and that somebody had worked on it. First, he was trying to say it wasn't. The same washer until I pointed out it had the same serial number. Then, he left and came back with the part. And acted like the washer wouldn't fill up anymore, and now he wants us to go and shop for a new washer at the gonzal, lost appliances. What a rip-off, never use them again. They are horrible. They will rip you off. They will tell you anything. And then act like, you owe them something... For zombie the scammers and rip off.
