We've purchased various appliances from Karl's for our home over the past couple of decades. It's become our first and only stop because we know we'll get quality, and an actual human answering the phone for service. They send their own local repair persons if needed. Delivery and installation technicians do a good job.

Very helpful staff. Dustin was very knowledgeable and walked us through various options. Over the past year we have replaced our Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Stove. We bought everything from Karl's. Now I'm looking at their grills. 😊

I could not be happier with Karl’s in Eau Claire, WI. Every staff I have worked with has been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I purchased a full kitchen (kitchen aid) and laundry room (GE) appliances from Karl’s. Even delivery crew were great. Brad Grunewald specifically is by far the most helpful professional I have ever worked with. Because of his efforts, communication and help I will forever be a Karl’s customer. We didn't get attacked at the door when we walked in, which was nice. We had a couple minutes to look around and then Brad approached us to see if we needed any assistance. From there the buying experience was a breeze. We didn't need a washer or dryer but we were looking for most of the other main appliances for a new house. Brad was polite and knowledgeable throughout. With one or two questions he was able to find us multiple appliances and brands that met our needs. He was very helpful when we asked about reliability but definitely didn't give the impression that he was trying to sell a specific brand. We haven't had the chance to use the appliances yet as the house isn't quite ready but if any service that is needed follows what I've seen so far, we will be looking forward to purchasing our next set of appliances from Karl's as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
