I bought a used dryer from them and had some issues with the timer . They came out 3 times and replaced numerous parts until they figured out the issue. They never charged me for the service calls or the parts. They stand behind their products. Their communication and customer service were phenomenal especially Corrina!

Just WONDERFUL! When you want personalized service, when you don't want to go through 10 minutes of automated phone recordings until you get to an actual person, when you actually want to understand them (no difficult accent)! They were SO VERY HELPFUL!! Good product. Installation went very smoothly and timely.

Very happy with my experience. Karina was very helpful answering my question. Once my wife and I discussed which of the 2 different washer and dryer we wanted, Karina helped us by them over the phone saving another trip to the store. Cole the delivery driver did an excellent job of setting up the new washer and dryer. He also was very pleasant to talk to. Overall a great experience. Jim B
