Grand Appliance and Tv

Great, fast experience. We were sold junk washers from another company in the area but luckily we had warranty. We had enough and decided to go back to old reliable top loader SpeedQueen. Walked in and immediately greeted. Found what we wanted, with extended warranty, and delivery couple days later. Delivery person was very kind and on time. Most importantly, they have dedicated repair technicians in-house. All you do is call the store when needed. No call off-shore, or waiting for approvals.

Called Green Bay store looking for quick delivery on two Kitchenaid large appliances. Spoke with store manager Allison Herger. She was most helpful, helped identify the specific nodes a=and went to work trying to meet our delivery requirements. Allison was very helpful and responsive, ultimately doing her best to get them to us as soon as possible. Made the transaction simple and painless. Highly recommend

We are very pleased with our purchase of a Maytag Dryer and the installation process. We purchased the dryer from the Green Bay location and our sales rep was Allison who is also the store manager. She was very knowledgeable and made the purchase procedure very easy. The installation was scheduled and the dryer was delivered as promised. However, our installation was slightly different than normal and the installers were unable to completely install the dryer. We were told to contact Allison for help which we did. She immediately apologized for forgetting to include a special attachment for our installation and promised to fix it ASAP. She ordered the part and told us we would be scheduled as soon as it was available and their best installer, Joe, would be coming out. That's exactly what happened and we are very happy with the whole process. Allison was so helpful and we will certainly recommend Grand Appliance and we will continue to be customers in the future.

I was really impressed by my salesman Evan. I walked in one night after my basement flooded. Realization set in that I needed new laundry appliances. Grand Appliance was my first stop in town! After an extensive search, and unsatisfactory customer service with other local stores. I went back to My first choice, Grand Appliance in Green Bay, Wisconsin!
