We purchased a new dryer from Ginno’s last week for my 92 year old mother. Brandon, the salesperson, was awesome to us. He listened to what we needed and made it a simple process. We had looked at the big box stores for a dryer and we got a lower price and much better service at Ginno’s. Also the delivery men, Taylor and Tyler, were great towards my mother. They made her day being so kind. Thank you Ginno’s- I will never buy appliances anywhere else!!

My husband and I wanted to use someone local when purchasing appliances for our new home, and we are SO glad we did! From going into the showroom, to ordering, to communication & delivery, Ginno’s was AMAZING! Our house was still under construction when we ordered, so they were flexible with our delivery date which was really helpful. When the delivery day came, they gave us a window of 11am-12pm and showed up at 11:05. All three men who delivered the appliances were kind and listened to all of our questions and concerns. A couple of pieces of our refrigerator were slightly broken but Taylor was quick to bring it to our attention and get the parts reordered immediately. They set up the fridge, dishwasher, and oven and made sure everything was working properly. They also made sure we knew how to use each appliance before leaving. Overall this was such a good experience and I recommend Ginno’s to anyone looking for new appliances!
