Mike's Appliance Paradise

Tried to support a local business and wasted lots of money and time. They sell crappy appliances and are very unprofessional. Had more than a few unprofessional phone calls with Mike after buying appliances from this store, not only was he unprofessional but he was extremely rude. Definitely would never recommend and after talking to a few people about this business, seems like most of the town wouldn’t either.

100% do not recommend!!! I bought a washer from Mike and it came not working.. he sent somebody out several times to fix and after the 4th time, he said he would charge me even though, they never fixed the issue. When I tried asking questions, like why would I be charged? Mike got really upset and said he had to go and hung up the phone.

Mike is RUDE! My wife and I bought a used dryer from Mike's. The first interaction was fine. The delivery of the dryer went just fine. The delivery person said they will be back later that day to take the old broken dryer. They never cam back to pick up the dryer. 5 day's go by and I get a call from Mike. He said he would be coming by that night around 5 or 5:30 pm to pick up the dryer. They never showed up. 4 more day go by. My wife calls Mike to see when they are going to pick up the dryer. Mike had the nerve to start yelling at my wife and being very unprofessional. He stated to my wife they lost our information. If they are so unorganized they loose customer information so easy. Mike needs to be professional. He has no right to yell at a customer, not just a customer but a female customer about something they screwed up on. It is not mine or my wife's fault Mike can't get his act together and get a dryer from a customers home when they had a delivery and installation completed by Mikes Appliance.

Mikes Appliance is AWESOME. I had Hudsons Appliance come out and diagnose my Maytag side by side refridgerater that had quit cooling. They told me I needed a new compressor and it would cost $800.00 to repair. I brought it down to Mike and he repaired it for $60.00 with a 90 day warrenty. And it is cooling better than ever.I would not recommend anyone but Mike at Mikes Appliance in Paradise. Thanks again Mike.
