Mr Appliance

Brought in a working Samsung dryer after it was picked up by this shop. Weeks went by with no communication. When I finally followed up, I was told parts had been replaced without my consent and I was offered $50. When I went in person and pointed out that repairs were done without authorization, the tone changed immediately. I was then given $125, but after paying me they tried to pressure me to sign paperwork I had never seen before. When I declined and left, the employee started yelling. Extremely unprofessional experience. No consent for repairs, poor communication, and aggressive behavior at the end. I would not trust this business with your appliances.

I was desperately looking for a new fridge and deep freezer and had already been to several other places before I just randomly found the ad for this business. I was able to not only find a great deal on both items I was looking to purchase, they also delivered all the way up to Magalia. They took both of the old items. Very friendly people. Would definitely visit them again in the future but fingers crossed not for awhile. Lol

I bought a refrigerator and am very happy with the price and quick delivery plus I called for a Washer issue that was not their equipment, they were upfront that they do not sell nor repair front loading washer but recommended another Appliance repair/reseller who was able to help me out of a jam. Great service and I appreciate their willingness to provide a competitor's name to help out.

I talked to the repair guy at first and was all ready to bring my washer down to get fixed and then bring my dryer for maintenance. Ended up meeting I think the owner, in not sure but it was the last at the counter. She wasn't helpful. She seemed upset the repair person got them a job instead of a sale on a used appliance. Never got back to me on how much the parts were to repair the washer. So now, instead of them making money and getting a great review for being helpful. Aaron's furniture got our money for a new washing machine, the same as cash. So you lost yourself a sale and a good review and gave a local furniture store a sale for a washing machine that cost 3× the price of your washing machines.
