Always have a great experience at Hudson's. Especially last visit, Ashley was the sales person, who helped me purchase my latest item. Very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery staff, Matt and Daquan were very efficient in setting up my new purchase. Really liked their attention to detail. Everyone is always great to deal with. This is my 3 purchase at the Paradise location. It's so convenient for my shopping needs.

Completely satisfied with Hudson’s sales and service. I purchased a gas range. On the day it was to be delivered I realized I needed a microwave too. Vince called and had one in stock and sent another employee out to deliver it while the range was being installed. Great customer service! Thank you Hudson’s!

We purchased a GE Profile washer and dryer set which fortunately they had in stock. They were able to install it just a couple of days later. Dakota and Matt were awesome in their delivery. They set everything up perfectly. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. Great guys. Very happy with our experience.

Another great experience with Hudson's. Our old washer finally died and Kristina help us over text and email find a suitable replacement. Had it picked out and installed within a day and didn't have to leave work or go shopping after work. Kristina also emailed over a link to the rebate program for NorCal. Would give Hudson's 6 STARS if I could!

Every experience has been excellent—Hudson’s always goes the extra mile to provide the best pricing on appliances and their customer service and warranty follow-up are top notch. It’s rare to find a local business that is both trustworthy and competitive with big-box stores, but Hudson’s delivers every time. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of appliance sales, delivery, or service in Paradise, Chico, Butte County and beyond!
