Been coming here for years back when they had the multiple locations. Nowadays since I moved to OC I keep an eye on their social media and place phone orders when something is good and drive over on the weekends. Today was the first time I’ve ever had to return something and the team went above and beyond for me. They tested the replacement product to make sure it worked. Grateful for the team’s efforts

This place is nothing like it used to be. Bulldog Liquidator used to be my go-to store I furnished and equipped my entire office here, and for years it felt like a hidden gem. After the remodel, everything went downhill: attitude, pricing, and customer care. They are no longer willing to negotiate, and their prices are a joke. Most items are only $10–$50 cheaper than Amazon, and for that difference, anyone with common sense would choose Amazon with its A-to-Z guarantee, easy returns, and actual customer service. Today was the final straw. They were willing to lose a $600 sale just to refuse a $100 discount. The manager’s exact attitude was basically, “I don’t care.” Well, guess what, we don’t care either. I will personally make sure my colleagues, family, and friends are aware of this experience and think twice before shopping here. What used to be a great liquidation store has turned into an overpriced warehouse with poor service and little appreciation for loyal customers. If you’re expecting deals, flexibility, or respect as a customer, don’t waste your time here. Go to Amazon you’ll pay nearly the same and be treated far better.

This liquidation shop is tucked away in a warehouse. It's not the most organized, but there's a lot to explore. If you have some time to spare, it's worth wandering up and down the aisles--though be prepared, there's no particular theme to the items, so you'll need to take your time and look through everything. There isn't much staff around to assist, so you'll be on your own while browsing. I was lucky enough to find some cute kids' hats and a few Disney stuffed animals, so I picked up a few for my little ones, along with a toy box. Right now, they're offering a 30% off sale on a large selection of their furniture, which is a nice bonus!
