Fireside sourced this beautiful US-made American Outdoor Grill for my backyard island. Measured out perfectly and looks fantastic. Nice clean in installation. Only complaint is that it comes with a couple of throwaway under-grill drip pans, only slightly thicker than aluminum foil. Something more solid and permanent, like the grill itself, would have been nice, but otherwise the product is very good. Very pleased.

We had the best service from Sean at Conejo Fireside BBQ & Appliance. While we had looked online, we really wanted to see the product before buying. Sean was most helpful and we ordered the drop-in cooktop. It is great to work with and support our local, family owned businesses. I will be recommending Sean and Fireside BBQ to our friends in the area.

I had a great experience with Fireside BBQ & Appliances. Their prices are very competitive, and they were willing to work within my timeline. I was shopping for a recessed electric fireplace for an ADU I’m having built. My contractor needed to know the size of the unit for his bid, but I was still a few months away from actually needing the fireplace. When I visited the Thousand Oaks location, I met with Genaro, who helped me find exactly the unit I wanted. I placed a deposit, and two months later when I was ready to pick it up, everything was just as promised. The fireplace was waiting for me, and the staff even helped load it into my vehicle. The whole process was smooth and easy.

We were greeted and received excellent service at the shop, with a great overview of the available products, advantages and downsides as they applied to our specific needs. They were very helpful in defining all the costs, and handling of installation. They followed up regularly until they completed the installation. Their on site people were friendly, respectful of the house, and very competent. We had a great experience with them and would use them again, and will recommend them to our friends.
