Outstanding customer service! Chanell Ledesma, the manager at WDC Appliance Center in Agoura Hills, is simply the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly cares about her customers. She took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to help me make the right decisions. Her professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service. Very torn about this review. Have been shopping here for years from appliances to sinks but my recent experience was terrible. Be careful about ordering fixtures. I ordered bathroom fixtures. My fault for not asking enough questions and making assumptions. Me salesperson did not explain return policy well. I ended up returning two relatively minor items that I did not pick up and that I needed right away and was charged 25% restocking. The salesperson was very defensive about it and never followed up with me after I cancelled. It's too bad because I like their showroom and I have a lot of work coming up including a master bath and now I need to find an alternative place.

Great experience shopping for my new appliances and also bought a new mattress and box spring. I had a little issue with my new stove by Chanelle jumped in and took care of it. I'm so happy and pleased and so in love with my new products! Great customer service, everyone so nice and attentive. I definitely recommend WDC! ♥️

Great experience purchasing our over-the-range microwave and refrigerator here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. The process was smooth from purchase to delivery, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. It's refreshing to find a store that still prioritizes good customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and a hassle-free buying experience!

First and foremost Kyle was great to work with. My family and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and Kyle gave us his full attention, listened to and understood our needs before making any recommendations. His recs and guidance were spot on and we couldn't be happier with the range and microwave we purchased through WDC. On top of all that the installation guys were top notch. When the first pair of guys came we asked if they could not use a dolly since we had new floors and were worried about them being scratched. The recommended a 4 man crew so they could lift it and be sure to not scratch anything. We chose that option and do not regret it AT ALL! The crew that came out was very professional, efficient and helpful. Overall I HIGHLY recommend WDC, when we have needs in the future I'll definitely reach out as well as send my friends and family here as well.
