Two stars only because I needed a washer and dryer when times were tough and they were the only option. When my dryer went out I asked the owner if he could get me a new fuse he said "yeah I'll call you back when I pick it up in immokalee and let you know how much." five days later I asked him if he was ever going to call me back when he said he would he said "yeah I got it in my truck let me go check if it's still there I'll call you back." Three days later still no call it's a shame hes a nice guy just not a professional business owner. Also online says his immokalee store is permantly closed so I don't know.

We purchased a stacked washer/dryer combo the first week of December. Within a couple weeks we had to return the unit and exchange for a separate washer and dryer set. We were told after the exchange that the warranty date would still be the same, 100 days ending March 4. Once we received the separate machines we found after several repair calls that the washer need a balancing kit installed. We could not use the machine as it walked itself across the floor. The folks here are sweet but do not understand how to communicate. We called and called and only asked for updates but nothing. Now we have a machine we can't use and will have to pay to have it removed when our new machine comes from Someplace else. We would not purchase from them again and can't understand how they can provide a warranty that doesn't change with their machines. The warranty should be matched to the machine purchased.. Not reputable in our opinion, especially since I have to purchase another machine.

Who ever reads this place is no good I bought a washer and dryer for 400 and used the washer 5 times and it’s a piece of crab when in the spin cycle it sounds like a bomb going off and it is going to break down any day now I’m from ct and have only been here 2 mths they have a 100 day warranty but this was bought in May and we went back to ct at the end of May didn’t even use it for a 100 days they are a rip off oh I’m so mad they won’t do anything for me thanks a lot I will be going to the better business bureau also and let them no how we were treated we might of used this washer 5 times now since we have had it I will never buy anything from them and tell all my friends never buy either
