We found a water softener we liked. We ordered and paid for it. We have been waiting for it to be delivered. I now see in my credit card statement that I have been refunded. No email, no communication whats so ever as to why it was refunded.

They won't answer my emails or calls regarding an order (cost of $150). It's going on a week now and haven't received any shipping info. Looks like I got ripped off. Buyers beware! Buy from a reliable company. Don't get your hard earned money taken from you.

I purchased a nugget ice machine which was a wonderful addition to my newly remodeled kitchen that is until we have nearly been tortured by how loudly this thing runs! We contact d the company hoping for a resolution and was asked to send a video of the machine running which we did. The company promised to get back to us within 24 hours but that has been weeks ago. I’m not sure if the product was damaged during delivery or what but I am saddened that after spending this much money they didn’t care to help find a solution to this unbearable problem.

I was skeptical about ordering through big easy mart BUT their prices are super low and I took the chance. I received my echo leaf blower promptly and it was 100$ less than the cheapest other retailers I found. Not sure how they do it but it's legit. UPDATE: I finally opened the box to put together my leaf blower and was very disappointed to see big easy mart sent me a USED leaf blower!! It's literally not even the same model as the one pictured on the box!! How does something like this happen??
