I was in need of a dryer that matched our washing machine after our dryer went bad. I called & spoke to Carlos at MCL Appliances who was beyond polite & professional. He informed me he would meet my needs & would provide me a return call. Sure enough he located the exact match in his warehouse 20 miles away. He asked if it would be OK to go pick it up on a Sunday. I agreed that it was. Carlos met me on his day off at his shop at the exact time he said he would be there. His shop was neat, tidy & organized & he met with a big smile & a firm handshake. Sure enough he did exactly as he said he would & brought me the correct dryer at an incredible price! From the initial phone call to the final sale Carlos did an impeccable job. In a day where customer service rarely exists Carlos & MCL Appliances took it to a whole new level. I would highly recommend MCL Appliances for all your appliance needs. I can promise you that you find better customer service or prices anywhere.

We purchased a stove/oven from him. He was very helpful and we received a good deal. The oven had a problem and he was very responsive. The sent his technician over within two days and it was diagnosed and fixed within an hour or two. It should be noted that our schedule was such that the technician couldn't come over any sooner. Any business can receive a good rating when there are no issues. Far more important is how a business handles things when there is a problem, and Carlos, the proprietor, handled things very professionally, promptly, and efficiently.
