Takes a really long time to get parts and they don’t give you a very good warranty. A couple months after they fixed my dryer it’s having the exact same issue and I have to call another company to come out and fix it. They say they’re going to get back to me to see if it’s under warranty and then I never heard anything. Won’t be using them again in the future.

The pricing and service cannot be beat! After an initial hiccup with the delivery date/place, the guys were more than willing to make it right and deliver and install a full appliance package the next day to my recently purchased home. Joseph and Nick worked for literally hours installing all the appliances, making sure each was working properly and giving me instructions on how to use them. Kudos to these guys for working so hard yesterday, the whole time staying friendly and informational. I also was happy to support a local business rather than a big box corporation! Definitely check out Pro-Tech next time you're in need of any type of kitchen or laundry appliance!

I want to thank Steven for the excellent service and care that he provided, on a service call to fix my washing machine, knowledgeable in the make and the experience in his job. Thank you Steven for a job well done. This is the service man you want to fix your appliances.

We needed help with an LG dishwasher malfunction caused by a kitchen sink drain clog. Our neighbor recommended these folks, and we got service the following day. The technician was thoughtful and methodical as he disassembled sections of the appliance he suspected needed attention, based on my description of what had previously occurred, and what he saw. Within an hour, he cleared the problem, tested the machine, and did some additional cleaning and maintenance the LG technician left undone the previous year. Now the machine was properly balanced and functioning again. Last week, my LG clothes dryer decided it wasn't feeling well, making a rhythmic thumping as the drum rotated. I called. Pro Tech arrived the following morning. Guess who it was? The technician who conquered the dishwasher ailment! Again, within an hour, he had the appliance apart for a look, found areas needing servicing, and restored it back to operation with ease. I have to say, we have a great deal of respect for a repair technician with such comprehensive knowledge of not only various appliance brands, but wholly different appliances. That's truly impressive, and as a customer, I greatly and sincerely appreciate that, as well as overall professionalism and a personable demeanor with customers. At a time when society is pushed towards disposable products, we value the concept of taking care of what we have and accessing trustworthy repairs when needed to make the most of our appliances. Thank you, Pro Tech!! 👍🧰🥰

The appliances I purchased are good, no issues thus far. Installation was a joke. Old used hose was sent to install a brand new dishwasher; I was told I had to purchase a new hose myself. Above stove microwave could not be installed correctly because I had no outlet to plug it into? I didn't know to ask that question? When speaking to the owner about these issues, he was rude and dismissive. Thank goodness for Ryan at Custom Ventures LLC who wired in the outlet and replaced some outdated plumbing valves in a timely manner at a fair price. As a new homeowner I rely on the professionalism and expertise of the companies I am forced to trust. This company fell incredibly short. Such a bummer on top of an already stressful time. Shame on you Pro-Tech. :( UPDATE: Stackable dryer stopped heating after 93 days. I fixed it figuring it was less expensive than a new one. Recently the washer hose broke, I had Mr Appliance come out again however there was no model number for the washer (they are separate units with the washer plugging into a box on the back of the dryer that then plugs into the wall) it had worn off and of course no model number on the receipt. I understand these were used! I get that! When your whole business is appliances you should make sure there are model numbers for this very reason! The whole unit became useless. The handle on the brand new dishwasher broke months ago, gratefully it still works. Microwave is still going strong. FYI: I recently replaced our refrigerator and range with brand new ones. I would have preferred to establish a good relationship with a local small business in which to spend my money. My experience was so poor and the owner so incredibly dismissive I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Pro -Tech! :(
