I had a very good experience with them. Zach helped me throughout the process and everything went through with no issues. He was very knowledgeable, and transparent, explained all the steps very well, and he followed up until all was done. I am very happy that i worked with this company and purchased all appliances during my kitchen renovation. Appliances are working well, and no problemo!!!

Our delivery of a refrigerator and washer dryer went very smoothly. We were kept informed of our delivery time and the installation was done very efficiently. We were also given a brief explanation and demo for each item delivered. The crew was courteous and we will continue to do business with Jetson Appliances in the future.

We came in to order a washer and dryer at the Gatlin location on Sunday. The washer was in stock, but the dryer had to be ordered. Not a problem since our old washer was broken, and the old dryer is still working. The delivery of the washer took place on the next day (Monday). It was dropped off and hooked up in short order by a team of professional, well- mannered individuals. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
