This place is an absolute do not call! Starting from the rude woman that answers the phone to the poor lack of communication. If you want to wait weeks for them to fix you stuff go ahead but I recommend you do NOT call this place.

They replaced my dishwasher with a new one, and the experience was excellent. The team was extremely professional and detail-oriented, and I’m very happy with the service. This is the second appliance we’ve purchased from them for our home.

They stole from my home Smh $2,000! ive reported them to the police but they say there's nothing they can do because i have no cameras. When I called the company they would only give me 1 persons name but there was 3 persons who came to my house...

We have bought from them more than once and have always been very happy. They stand behind their equipment with great customer service!

People are nice until you have a problem. My suggestion would be to stay away. It may cost more to use a local dealer that can fix problems. That is my suggestion to all consumers. This is what you will get. This is for Appliance connection not Magnum appliance as it says above.
