I had been experiencing some issues with my brand-new GE Monogram refrigerator that I purchased from Fuse Appliance and I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Alejandro with the Service Concierge team at Fuse Specialty Appliances was exceptional from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked hard to schedule service appointments as quickly as possible. His professionalism and communication made what could have been a frustrating experience so much easier. A special thank you to Antonio and Adrian, who returned last week to make sure everything was truly resolved. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the refrigerator, reinstall components, check every system, level and balance the unit, adjust the water pressure, and make sure everything was functioning exactly as it should. They were knowledgeable, meticulous, and genuinely committed to getting everything perfect—not just good enough. It's rare to find a team that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks to Alejandro, Antonio, and Adrian, my refrigerator is now working flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. 3 of your team members showed up early for my assigned installation time. The gentlemen were polite and efficient. They were aware of the new remodel that I just completed and careful bringing in the appliances, putting down pads as to not scratch the floors. Installation was done quickly and then they were gone. Nice job Fuse!

Gil in Sales did a great job answering our questions and was very polite and professional. Matt worked with us to get the install team here and always kept us up to date with the delivery and install dates. Matt was courteous and professional and made everything happen in a timely fashion. The three man install team was top notch. They were careful taking the old refrigerator out and did a great job with the install of the new one.,It couldn’t have gone better!

I just had a cooktop delivered and installed at our Pompano Beach condo by Arsenio and Josef and they did a marvelous job! They arrived on time and what should’ve been an easy job was made more difficult by the previous installer, but they rolled up their sleeves and did a very professional job on the install and we’re out of here in no time leaving the place immaculate!. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future product and installations.
