Update on review below : I originally gave this company a five-star rating because my initial experience was excellent. The selection process was quick, the staff was helpful, and they recommended the refrigerator and stove that best fit my property. At that point, I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, everything changed once it was time for delivery. The appliances were not delivered on the promised date, and after nearly a week of repeated assurances that they would arrive, I still had not received them. Because the products were never delivered as promised, I requested a full refund. My refund request was denied despite the fact that I had not received the items I paid for. As a result, I can no longer recommend this company based on my experience. While the sales process was positive, the failure to deliver the products as promised and the refusal to issue a refund when requested overshadowed everything else. I hope this matter is resolved promptly, but until then, I cannot justify my original five-star rating. Original review: Nice and easy service I was in and out. Needed a new Fridge and Stove for rental property. Paola was fast and effect with paperwork as well. Geraldi showed me around and help me pick out the best products for my property. Overall great experience.

Very bad experience. I was looking and their inventory thru Offer Up, and asked them if they had the machines, and they would say yes. I showed up at the store and machines where not there. Then they told me they had them at the other store, and they weren't. These people kept lying to me thru Offer Up, while I was parked in front of their store! I decided to buy another machine that they had that I liked at the main store on Church st, and there was nobody to give the money too. There was a guy who popped his head out from the back, SAW me and my family and just walked away. Seriously anyone could walk in there and just take the machine, it was very pathetic!

The worse experience ever. You are NOT going to save money after you deal with all the dishonesty. I have bought items from the past and wasn’t too happy but I figured it was used so I shouldn’t complain much. I couldn’t get a hold of my regular appliance person so I went over to pick up a washer and dryer for a project. While there I saw a $300 refrigerator and I thought I would pick it up for my own home. They brought it in and didn’t work, then they came back and replaced it with another one and told me that the new one was $700 more. I agree because the owner said it was “new”. They bring the “new” machine and it also didn’t work. They come back and take it back and bring an identical one and … yup still didn’t work. All while they kept saying these machines are “new”. They came back and had to replace a fan motor and case out of a “new machine”. This took 4 days. Lost all food I had and time waiting for them to deliver the so call “new” machines. Even when they went to install the washer and dryer the guy didn’t install the dryer vent and I had to go and take care of that myself. Horrible experience. Do not get scammed like I did. Do not buy anything with a “new” stickers on them. Check the BBB profile and yelp and you will find similar testimonials. I wanted to give this guy another chance and completely backfired on me. Still he was hounding me and I pay the bill in the end and I did because I don’t scam people.

I bought a new GE Profile washer and dryer from GES and I can’t be more happy with my purchase. I was looking for a larger washer since mine blew out in a lightning storm, and I ended up just buying the pair. They were able to deliver both the washer and dryer same day for me and included the cost of delivery in the price! I even got a one year manufacturer’s warranty!! Outstanding service by Rosendo when he arrived with my new washer & dryer. He was prompt, very nice and brought both my washer and dryer in the house for me. I highly recommended GES appliance if you want a good deal on appliances and don’t need something brand new out of the box and are OK with a few scratches and dents. It will save you a ton of money and make you happy! :-)
