I can't say enough good things about the delivery service we received from Charles and Josh! From start to finish, these two were absolutely outstanding. We had a refrigerator that needed to be delivered up a full flight of stairs and they handled it like true professionals. They were fast and efficient without ever cutting corners, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Beyond their hard work, Charles and Josh were incredibly kind and friendly throughout the entire process. They were respectful of our home and took great care with all of our belongings, making sure nothing was bumped, scratched, or scuffed along the way. You could tell they truly take pride in their work and treat customers' homes as if they were their own. It's rare to come across a delivery team that combines speed, professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect all at once — but Charles and Josh delivered on every level. We ordered a new refrigerator from Rosner’s Appliances for delivery! The two gentlemen we had deliver it were named Josh and Charles and they were efficient, polite, hard working and very communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish while removing the old refrigerator from the the second floor and installing the new refrigerator on the second floor kitchen! They were fantastic and recommend them 100%!! More than satisfied and they did a phenomenal job!!

He was extremely knowledgeable of all appliances and gave his honest opinion on what we thought we wanted. He kept us informed on delivery & worked with us when things didn't go right on our end. Their installation crew is fantastic. Max - I hope I have his name correct - knew exactly what to do & had all appliances installed in no time. We are SO happy with our appliances and Michael - you are right...this Monogram cooktop is the bomb!!
