Thank you so much to Cassandra & Phineas! The patience they had with me and my phone troubles is worth recognition. I truly appreciate it & I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I had. From the moment I walked in Cassandra greeted me with kindness and was the one who helped set me up to get a phone repair sent out. Phineas gave me insight on my phone troubles and offered me some peace of mind and reassured that it wasn’t just me with these problems. Thanks to the two of them I had a great experience even with a stressful situation!!

I was here a few months back, and i was buying well over 5000 USD in gift cards, the manager was rude, very incompetent, and overall unprofessional, although i was young, i had a grown adult with me for this transaction. Yet he (middle/ old age manager, 5'7) was threatening to ban me, for quote on quote "being rude" even though i was nice towards staff, not rushing things. FIRE THAT MAN

Very disappointed with the service at this Apple Store. The staff was unfriendly and clearly just wanted to leave since it was close to closing time. I tried to buy a Mac with a student discount and provided proof, but was told high school students don’t qualify and was told to “just buy it online.” But the online store doesn’t require that proof at all. Same company, different rules? In the end, I had to order it online and wait until the next day to pick it up. Poor service like this really ruins the Apple experience.
