Ed's Deal

I met a great guy today! Ed greeted me right when I walked in and had sooo much knowledge about his appliances! The fact that he's been repairing washers/dryers for 52 years says something!!! He was so nice and personable. I didn't buy today because I was running low on time but I will go back! Delivery and installation is priced perfectly too!

I spoke with Ed on a Friday. I could tell he knew his game from the beginning. I'd talked to all the box stores in town, and to be honest they couldn't sell me on any of it. I'm not even blowing smoke in your pipe, Ed knows exactly what's going on to clean those clothes. Even delivered it right to the house. Thanks Ed.

My wife and I went into Ed's in September 2013 to look for a used washer and dryer to purchase for our house we were moving into January 2014. We bought a used pair for a total of $600, including delivery, installation and taxes. He let us put the set on Layaway with $100 down and just said we had to have it payed off by January. It is now 3 years later and the pair still works like brand new. Note: I looked into the pricing for the loaners and installation fees, and financially you are better off using the laundromat while placing a set on layaway than paying for the loaner.

Very rude and disrespectful when I went in to cancel the layaway. Tried to portray the victim and complained about not making money some weeks. Interrupted me saying "I don't want to hear it" when I told him we already acquired another washer and dryer. The first time we went into this business he made us wait almost an hour while he talked to a friend about life and family. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid at all cost!
