Gage was extremely professional, thorough and personable. He did a great job of keeping us informed of the process which was a lot with a whole kitchen full of new appliances to be installed and easily took care of a couple of glitches that occurred while assuring us that everything would be taken care of. He is a fantastic asset to your company !! Also the manager of the Lafayette store that we worked with did an amazing job as well and was so knowledgeable and patient! Shopped and purchased a new refrigerator. First visit and we were very pleased with the service and attention we received. Jim was great with explaining various things to us. Very happy with the experience. Will definitely shop there again. Update: The refrigerator was delivered yesterday. Staff was efficient, friendly and careful with moving the old refrigerator out and new one in. The installation went well, no issues. Thanks

Jim took good care of us in the store and made the purchase process seamless. The young men who delivered the washer and dryer were knowledgeable and worked efficiently. The only issue was the delivery window was missed by several hours but I don’t believe that to be the delivery drivers fault because we were the 12th stop and they were moving along on the app reasonably considering the stops scheduled.

LJHF, I bought a refrigerator today from Andrew in Lafayette, IN. He was a knowledgeable young man who helped me buy the fridge that suited my needs. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He is a valuable asset to your company. On 1/13/26 my new refrigerator arrived. Gage, Will, & Reese were all extremely informative. They came - removed my old refrigerator and brought in my new one. It was setup & leveled. These men were really great. I've never seen something moved with straps. It was awesome! The appliance purchase process has been flawless. Our salesman, Jim, was amazing to work with and ensured we had everything we needed. He responded quickly when I had questions. The delivery/install crew were wonderful! Steve and Adam were friendly, cautious, and very professional. Grand communicated every step. I highly recommend Grand Appliance.
