Shianna is wonderful to work with and explains everything very clearly. Can't wait for the new GE dishwasher to arrive! Also, 3 weeks later, we came in to purchase a refrigerator, range, and microwave to complete our kitchen remodel (the old dishwasher couldn't wait to break down). Amazing knowledge and service!!! My electric range kept giving me an error message with a high pitched signal and the touch panel would not respond. I called Appliance Plus late on a Saturday and Shianna reviewed the code and explained why the oven would not work and how to safely use the cooktop until I could choose a new range. My wife visited the store on Monday. Shianna worked with her on choosing one of their in stock models as we didn’t want to wait for a delivery. In the process, she also chose a hood/microwave combo to match the new range. By sharing our model numbers Shianna found our newly purchased dishwasher, old range, etc. She immediately knew what would fit in the space, the name of the new dishwasher finish, options, and the prices. She provided her with everything she needed to make a good decision. She also was very caring and spent a lot of time answering all of her questions.
