The receptionists are very friendly and helpful making your appointment a successful one. Raven who was our design and product specialist was awesome! She helped guide us through the process of picking out products and materials to remodel our Master Bath. The choices and selections are endless. Raven has a broad knowledge of the various products and she made our visits very comfortable throughout the product selection. I highly recommend her.

Having open hours during the day means people should help you not look at you turn around and shut their doors. It’s kind of ridiculous in 2025 that you have to do an appointment only when people work and sometimes they only have certain days off and they may not know when they come when people walk in help them

Delivered with a semi, turn in off of Blairs Ferry, good amount of room to get into the dock. May be able to park behind them after hours, seems to be enough room.

Had nice products. Prices weren't to far out of line. But, come to the day the plumber was supposed to install it all, the items weren't there. Originaly, the lost the order. That was fixed but they didn't get the parts ordered. So we didn't have use of our new bathroom for another 3 days. Very disappointed with Ferguson.

We got our appliances for our new house through them at suggestion of our builder. The positives were their prices were the lowest compared to others, and they would hold them for us. The negatives, very difficult to get in contact with, phone calls, emails, etc would sometimes go weeks unanswered. I had to go to the manager several times over that. When it came to installation I was very disappointed. They came to install the dryer, did the propane conversion on our hardwood floors scratching them in the process, they wore their muddy shoes thoughtout the house, and on top of that broke the ignitor on our dryer during the conversion and claimed it arrived that way. On the broken ignitor they arranged service with samsung, no idea when they would get to it, so I bought an ignitor out of pocket myself and fixed it the next day. No other alternatives were proposed by them other than wait months for samsung. On the washer hook up they shoved the drain pipe so far down into the trap it was throwing draining codes until I figured that out. Lastly on the dryer hook up the vent pipe fell off when they pushed it back so the first load we did led to moisture everywhere. I fixed that as well. Overall good prices, but poor customer service and unprofessional installation leading to damage to my house is unacceptable. You probably won't get any worse service with the big box stores.
