Grand Appliance and TV

Purchased a dryer late last week and delivery was today ( a few days later) - so not a long wait at all. No review of the dryer itself as I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but happy with the shopping experience at Grand Appliances in Cedar Rapids and the delivery team did a great job with delivery and set up and hauling away of my old dryer). Paid a bit extra for the set up and hauling away but worth it in my opinion. The delivery team location is tracked in real time, so you have a good idea of their arrival time, which is a helpful feature so I could get my dog squared away a couple of minutes before they arrived. Thank you!

After waiting 6 months for a July 4th refrigerator deal, we stopped at Grand Appliance today. We were helped by a truly professional Sales Associate, Tom Buss, who listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, and earned our business in a "no pressure" way. Our experience so far has been great and we look forward to working together with Tom and Grand Alliance. Thanks Tom!

The two young men that delivered and set up our new refrigerator were excellent. They viewed the various options to bring it in the house and did measurements before they even took the refrigerator off the truck. They listened to my request and were very easy to work with. They arrived earlier than anticipated and I got a text message when they were like 10-15 minutes away. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They gave a few explicit instructions regarding care of the refrigerator once they had everything set up. I couldn't have been more pleased with my buying experience with Tom or my delivery and set up experience. I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends and neighbors.

Tim and the other amazing lady were so helpful today My fridge went out over night and getting a fridge same day is hard but they researched until they could find me more of what I wanted and get it next day. But everything I could have gotten same day I would spend all this money and not be happy with. This is the closest to what I want and if the size is to small maybe we can spend time looking for a bigger one but be happy with this one until then. Or maybe I will find this size is going to be fine!

Vicki and I stopped in to buy a new LG Electric Range. We were able to purchase the one we wanted, arrange for delivery, and pay for it in a quick and easy transaction. Sarah was easy to work with and made our visit very enjoyable. This is our second experience purchasing an appliance from Grand Appliance and both times have been outstanding. We will continue to recommend you to our friends in the future.
