Hudson Appliances in Cedar Rapids is an excellent place to shop for appliances. Their customer service is top-notch, and Tiffany is especially knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. They offer a wide selection of appliances, including washers and dryers, electric and gas stoves, and multiple refrigerator options—all at very affordable prices, in my opinion. Best of all, their appliances are guaranteed to work, and you can test them on the spot before hauling them away. They also offer delivery at a very reasonable rate.

Tiffany was great at helping us pick out a washer and dryer that suited our needs and wants. I love that she tests them right there at the store to show you they work. We did need to purchase an adapter for the dryer but Tiffany showed us what they looked like and even FaceTimed us in the store to make sure they were the correct ones.

I had an awful experience here. We picked out a refrigerator for $500 plus $100 for delivery. They delivered a different refrigerator that had 10 or more dents and scratches. We refused delivery and The delivery guy snuck back later and left it by the side of the road in front of our house. So I grabbed my appliance dolly and put it in my garage. The next morning I plugged it in and it did not cool the refrigerator our the freezer. I tried to return the refrigerator for a refund and all she kept saying was I was lying. This refrigerator doesn’t work and I wanted a refund and she didn’t honor the 30 day warranty. This is a dishonest business and I highly recommend no one ever go there. This lady is crazy.
