This place is a life saver!! Our dryer broke over the weekend and we got a nice kenmore dryer for $190! $200 total AND he delivered it to me for free, also hooked it up and took our old dryer no cost!! He was such a sweet guy, I love this place he was very honest and friendly and the dryer so far works great!! I definitely recommend them over Dandy Deals we got ripped off pretty badly and they didn't offer free delivery or instalation or anything. And this place is way more affordable. Thank you John for hooking it up for me and taking the old one!!

NEVER GO to anyother store for good, dependable, used appliances and furniture. ALWAYS check with BATES first. They have excellent prices and values, exceptionally clean, and they deliver, remove the old appliance without additional charge, and even changed the pigpail on my new stove without extra charge. Excellent service and speed. I am very impressed.

bought a fridge I saw from the window after speaking to John over the phone it was delivered the next day and after getting a great deal. Great customer service and will definitely be buying more from Bates in the future.
