We’ve purchased several things over the years and have continued adding more, and every single experience has been wonderful. They’re always so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help with any questions or changes we have. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and we’re so grateful for how well they’ve taken care of us. We have used Triad Leasing multiple times over the past 8+ years. Recliner, refrigerator, computer, washing machine. Why do we keep going back? Brian is a very helpful & informative salesman. He works with us to find the right product specifically for our needs. We ask lots of questions, he patiently & professionally answers them all. Yesterday, Hayden showed up with the new washer. He removed the old one. Installed & tested the new one. He showed me how to operate it & answered all questions. Triad's prices are very competative. However, that includes delivery, setup and warranty assistance.

Was referred here by family. Went in & the accounting guy was so spacey. asked for references & phone numbers. while calling references he speaks about unnecessary life happenings that do not involve his work. accounting guy Brian does no communication with “boss man” so your info is all over the place and not the same information you gave Brian the day before. i do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

I've done business with Triad for several years now, from furniture to electronics, and they have always been great. And I have to give major kudos for the new mattress I just got from them! I suffer from painful health issues that make for bad sleeping. With this master sleep hybrid mattress my sleep has greatly improved. It is so comfortable, soft, supportive, and cool temperature. It is a amazing mattress. I am so happy with this purchase.
