Do not recommend this store! Bought a washer Monday, used it and we noticed that it was not working properly! Took it to the internet and read reviews about the washer and model. We discovered that this model has issues and if not used on a certain setting, IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY! Called the store Thursday and asked for a full refund. Was told that since they would have to sell it at a used priced, they would discount 20% off what we paid for! Save yourself some money and go to Elders on 28th st instead! I’ve bought appliances from them before but decided to try Brummels. Never again!

Brummel's Appliance Store is the GOAT of appliances! Shout-out to the dynamic duo, Doc and Dillon, for hooking me up with a new washing machine. Doc didn’t just sell me a washer—he gave me a masterclass in laundry science. Dillon was awesome too, and the best part? It was super affordable! The Brummel's team is fantastic! My parents' refrigerator died late afternoon on a Friday. They have an odd-shaped space for the refrigerator. We called around to see who had anything that would fit. The team here said they had a couple of options. We went straight there, and they had a tape measure out and were ready to help. It was almost closing time, but they never rushed us. They even found a couple more options. We made our purchase and arranged for installation the Monday after that weekend. It arrived on time, and the delivery team was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for their customer service and reasonable prices.

We bought range, refrigerator and microwave set from Wyoming Brummels. We decided to go there instead of the big box stores because we thought we would receive better customer service. At the time we definitely did receive great customer service. It is now less than 4 years later and our range has developed some sort of short in its circuit board. It is malfunctioning multiple times a week.I went back to Brummels to ask if there was anything they could do to help us and they said no. I believe that a brand new appliance should last at least 4 years before it has a major malfunction and I'm disappointed that Brummels does not follow through and back their products. We had been recommending them to our friends but sadly, no longer and we will look elsewhere for our furniture purchases in the Fall

Update: After leaving a 1 star review, things were handled quickly by management and the washer was replaced. Bummed it took public attention to get things handled, but once it was brought to management's attention, the replacement process was really fast and easy. We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them. Before we purchased , we made sure that they were certified to work on this washer and dryer under any warranty issues. The sales person assured us they were able to work on these machines. Literally 7 DAYS after purchase, the washer threw an error code. We called Brummel's and told them the issue, and turns out they don't even have a service department at all. Told us to call the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do. We asked them if they would stand by the product and replace it since it was broken within a week of delivery, and they said they would not do that. Super bummed at the entire experience.
