By far the worst CSR! Called early in the morning for information/warranties on an appliance we purchased. Was told we would get a call back, never did. I would highly recommend that people donelt shop here! Kept using the excuse that were "super busy". Its not about being to busy, or we dont have time. It's about making making time, taking care of loyalty customer, and be efficient! There are not efficient, was pushed to the side and was told to call back another day when they are not busy. Ridiculous!

5/5 Stars When it comes to used appliances, sometimes I'm very apprehensive about it. We needed a new dryer, and I decided to stop here and check it out. Not only did he have the type, size, and style I wanted, it was a very reasonable price... it had the wrong cord type on it, and he offered to change it out so it would fit my needs at home. They even helped me load it into my jeep. (They do have delivery.) If anyone is looking for a used, very clean, and well priced unit, I would check them out!

Our refrigerator stopped working on us on we didn't have the money to buy brand new. This place has a wide variety of used refrigerators that are in great shape and not over priced. We bought a fridge and they even held it there for us till we could find a vehicle to come get it. (They do offer delivery) I recommend giving this place a try if you need a need a reliable used appliance and don't have the money to go out drop hundreds to thousands of dollars on a new one.
