Delivery, set up, any installs/hook ups and removing your old appliances are all included in your quote. No surprises later. And great, helpful sales people with thorough product knowledge to help you decide which brand and model best fits your needs. Also, it's a good feeling to shop local at a business that generously supports our local community.

Salesperson, Brandon, was awesome explaining everything. Got quick delivery because, of course my washer/dryer one unit died on a holiday weekend. The 2 man delivery/installation team they sent out was fantastic! What a couple of nice gentlemen. Knowledgeable and professional. Eric and Trace (or something like that). I purchased the extended warranty. Love my new units.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer and all new kitchen appliances. The customer service provided by Kayden was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. His after sale communication skills were great. The delivery team was very attentive in answering questions, giving instructions and making sure everything was set up to our specifications. The installer that put in the microwave and hooked up the dishwasher was equally as good as the rest of the team. We had an exceptional experience and will highly recommend Nawara Brothers to our friends and family.

Appliance shopping can be a real pain. Like most people I have done most of my appliance purchasing at big box stores and have never been really satisfied. I have been aware of Nawara brothers in Grand Rapids for sometime, but never stopped in until today. Today I was in the market for a new stove and I had very specific requirements and expectations including the price that I was willing to pay. Enter Logan from Nawara Brothers. A very nice man to begin with, but also a consummate sales professional. As I told him, after we finished the deal, I have been a sales manager or business owner for all of my life. I can spot and appreciate solid sales talent wherever I find it. Logan was extremely knowledgeable about the model that I was interested in, and explained many of the details (and some hidden features), I was totally unaware of. Also it was priced within the budget that I had in mind. I don’t know what your appliance needs might be in the future, but I can tell you this; Nawara Brothers should be part of your search process (part of your consideration). Their Showroom is extremely well stocked and most items appear to be in stock. They service and install what they sell. In my opinion they are just very nice professional people to deal with. If I have any future appliance needs it’s the first place I will start. Highly recommend.

Visited Nawara Brothers for a new LG Stove and refrigerator. We had looked online and visited two of the big box stores so we knew what we wanted before deciding to check out a local small business. Salesperson Logan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to compare LG models with other brands. Pricing was competitive with the big box stores . What we liked was the sales experience with Logan, a good amount of merchandise to look at, in stock availability and delivery by Nawara staff. Delivery staff were extremely professional and neat. They took extra care to protect our floor and walls and disposed of all of the packaging materials. We will definitely purchase from Nawara Brothers in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
