Got a S&D frig delivered and set up today!! Delivery guys; James & Leonardo did an amazing job very kind, respectful, and courteous!! Very respectful of home & property. Had a little work cut out for them navigating through door! So they, Took out the old unit and set up my new one even made sure ice maker wasn’t leaking and unit kicked on!! Definitely will check out in future if need appliances. You can only see a little dent by door handle & other is on backside which no one will see, unless they wanna clean behind it for me! 🤣Thank you!

Pro: The staff was friendly, and the sales representative was helpful throughout the process. The parking was easy, and when we ran into an issue, they did waive the delivery fee on the replacement refrigerator, which I appreciated. Con: My frustration is that before purchasing, I specifically asked what would happen if the refrigerator didn't fit. I was told it could be returned. The refrigerator fit through the door and into the space, but once installed, the doors would not open properly due to the layout of the kitchen. When I contacted the store, I was told I could only exchange it, not return it for a refund. To their credit, they helped us find another refrigerator that should work better. However, I wish the return and exchange policy had been explained more clearly upfront. If I had known a refund wasn't an option, I would have made my decision differently. Overall, decent customer service, but communication about returns and fitment could be improved.

It's never a great day when the refrigerator goes out. We loaded the kids up and went to Elders. We really like to support local. We were greeted and helped immediately, even through a ton of questions. We found what we wanted and went with the additional 6 year warranty. We scheduled delivery I'm their next available opening. The delivery was the real experience. They called ahead, just like they said. They came right on time. The two gentlemen delivering were extremely kind, quick and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing. Once the refrigerator was in and hooked up they explained what I needed to know and were on their way. I had them take the old one. I will go to Elders every time. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Bought All appliances from Elders Appliance for my New Home. Excellant service from the President when I purchased all appliances the day after Thanksgiving 2025.. As the new home took longer to finish than expected Elders stored the appliances. Appliances were installed today, and delivery team was excellant. Brought alll the Hookup pieces as purchased and a seamless transactions. The Team was very careful taking things off the delivery truck and bringing into them home too. They also cleaned up the cardboard and plastic after installation. If I need anything else in the future will consider them as a top contender. It's nice to see younger workers taking pride in their work. The Product is only as good as the person's standing behind it.

He sold me a whole kitchen set (microwave, Fridge/freezer, stove/oven , & a dishwasher) a few years ago. Then he followed up that a few years later with a Deep Chest Freezer, & a dryer. All high quality appliances even from the scratch & dent section. He patiently answered all our questions with calm information as we danced all over the place deciding what to buy. We even had a Finances hiccup, but he waited patiently fir us to clarify the Credit Card company's confusing policies. Such Fantastic Black Friday Deals + a Great group of Delivery guys that charge an honest price to quickly deliver the new appliances, excellently install the new appliances, & helpfully remove the old appliances. Most Highly reccomended!
