Kyle & Malachi from C Bennett gave us amazing service after we purchased our Kozy Heat Nordic 60 TL vented gas fireplace! We have an all electric house. We wanted an alternative heat source in case we lose power in the winter. We also wanted to add the warmth and beauty of a fireplace in our new home. We decided to go with propane as our fuel source. It’s a good idea to hire your own certified plumber to build the infrastructure if you don’t already have gas in your home. Kyle and Malachi listened to our concerns, were very professional, and paid attention to the details! We are VERY HAPPY with our fireplace and our non combustible mantel that we purchased from them. Oh my gosh what amazing service! To say I was pleased with the service Eric and Malachi is an understatement. The techs were early, clean, respectful and very efficient. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my many questions with patients and care. I am so excited about my fireplace it has never looked or performed better! Had an amazing experience with Cbennet. Clayton in sales was so thorough and helpful throughout the entire selection and purchase process. The install team was fantastic. Then when it came to set up and initial fire up Malachi and Kyle were so great; again so thorough. They left everything looking and operating like a showroom.

The showroom was beautiful with so much variety to choose from. I worked with Catherine and Eric Brown, both were so easy and nice to deal with. I just purchased a new home and have been to several places looking for different items, either they ignore you or try to sell you the farm. The staff at C Bennett were helpful, respectful, and the perfect mix of support and "let you look". I'm so glad I purchased the gas logs and can't wait for install.
