Ferguson Home

Ferguson is amazing! I work with them for my cabinet business for all plumbing and appliances and you never have to worry if a combination is going to work or not such as a cook top over a wall oven. Other places either just don't know or don't care what they're selling. Often times their pricing is better than even big box stores and the products are much much better. Lowe's and Home Depot might sell the "same thing" but it's not the same thing. A quick and easy test, pick up a faucet at a big box store, get the same faucet at Ferguson, and I guarantee you the Ferguson faucet is heavier as it actually has metal and rubber parts. Ferguson is the best and will continue to do business with them for my personal business for ever.

We ordered appliances in Jan for a remodel. When trying to install the range, we discovered the oven vents were not aligned properly. The improper alignment would allow the moisture coming from the ovens to dribble down the back and insulation in the stove. Ferguson's ordered a second stove, which arrived with the same damage? We refused that damaged range. Ferguson's response at this time is "accept this damaged range, or we will refund your money". Very poor customer support. Be wary when ordering from Ferguson Appliance.
