Xavier was so patient, helpful and willing to walk their stone selection a few times to ensure we were pleased with what we were going to choose. Took the time to move pieces so we could see which slabs we wanted as a book match and they came out beautiful!! One of the tiles we chose ended up being discontinued and what we ordered was all they had left- he took the initiative to grab the sample board so we had a few extra pieces just in case. Xavier is very communicative which made the process seamless. Such a great experience and so thankful we found him!!

We found Monteriors, formerly The Flooring Place, when we needed flooring for our new home. Xavier Sulser was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various flooring we wanted throughout the house. He was so great, that we asked him to quote all the custom cabinetry we wanted. I warned him that I was going to be a pain in the rear and would have high expectations for the minute details of the cabinets, since my former career was in commercial cabinetry and millwork. Xavier was very attentive and thorough during the estimate process and his pricing was competitive with the local custom shops. We chose to go with Monteriors and also ended up using them for all the solid surface/stone countertops as well. Xavier accompanied us as we visited an outside supplier and found the perfect granite for the home. Months later when it was time to start fabrication, that supplier told us that all 8 slabs were damaged and we would have to pick something else. During this stressful time, Xavier and the Stone team walked us through their own warehouse and we were able to make a selection that kept with our timeframe and design criteria. In the end, we were so pleased with everyone at Monteriors. The delivery crew, warehouse crew and installation team were all professional and courteous. We recommend Xavier every chance we get.

We had the pleasure of working with Allan Padovich for flooring for our home! It has been a wonderful and easy process, he is so knowledgeable, he took us through the process with ease. Helped us with underlayment, the best product for the stairs to our sunken rooms and asked us all the right questions so we had what we needed for our contractor to start the project! He was easy to get ahold of for any questions and always called us back quickly. I would 1000% recommend him for any project you have going! Huge shoutout to Erica at Monteriors for helping me survive a full home remodel. Erica & Monteriors sold me all my flooring, carpet, floor tiling, bathroom tiling, window shades. She went way above and beyond, helping me pick out samples 200 different times—bringing samples to my house 20+ different times to make sure the bathroom tiles and flooring were a perfect match. Not only did she secure the best pricing for the materials, but she also provided the contractors to get it all installed. She even handed out referrals for other trades just because she’s that helpful. Erica is professional, incredibly well-connected, and truly cares about getting the job done right.
