I needed advice on some carpet issues recently...Lisa Taylor at the outlet location was very courteous, helpful, and understood the problem. She put me in contact with one of her associates who came out the following day and did an awesome job resolving the issues! Lisa kept in touch throughout and even followed up later to make sure I was satisfied...great customer service everyone!! Thank you!

Remy was very responsive and came out to take measurements the very same day. He helped us work around other contractors to get all our projects scheduled in a very efficient manor.
