I had just moved here from Kentucky, & I don't drive. When my dishwasher died I was beside myself. David Dingman was kind enough to have several long phone conversations with me & discuss dishwashers I'd seen on their website. He had me text pictures of my other appliances to try to determine their color so I could get one that matched. All in all, he was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable & patient.

Our experience with Fred’s appliances was terrific! First, starting with Tim the salesman. He helped me through the decision making process in looking at the multiple W/D units and making that choice. Also, we live outside Bozeman and he made sure to get us on the delivery schedule as soon as possible. The delivery drivers were professional and did a great job setting everything up and making sure the unit was ready to go. Thank you Fred’s! We will never go back to the box stores EVER again.
