We had Anthony Rodriguez come to fix our dishwasher, and he was fantastic. One of the best repairman I’ve ever had! Patient, friendly and took a lot of time to explain things and educate us about the appliance. Really an excellent experience.

$200 to spend 10 mins evaluating. Was told by technician I needed a new sensor. Received a quote for an additional $500. (Which included a part thay did not need replacing- as per manufacturers repair team).

These guys were great. I called and Jose came the next morning to fix my washer. They identified it was only a fuse and replaced it right away. I had another company come first and they told me it was a water inlet valve. Glad my gut told me not to go with them. I will definitely use Appliance Doctor again.

They get stars for prompt service but a total rip off. The plastic lock on my washer lid snapped and I could not do wash. $225 later for a $6.00 piece. It tool the installer 5 minutes to put it in. Of course I needed to pay for the service but not $225 dollars. I later found on the piece on Amazon. Sure I am kicking myself for not seeing if I could fix it. Was more of $100 job NOT $225 - beware. I am going to think twice about using them again.

My grandfather's microwave door needed to be re-attached. Michelle kept us updated regarding the technician's arrival time. Jose was on time, polite, professional and offered technical advice. My grandfather will definitely use them again.
