What can I say It was the most honest clear and pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing 2 Air Conditioners. Scott Gilbert helped and guided me so well to the point where I felt not just as a valued customer but as if he was taking care of family. Definitely coming back! And I could tell it wasn’t just Scott, I don’t get the rest of their names, but from the other salesman, the manager and the nice man helping loading my car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to explain the differences between products instead of just trying to make a quick sale. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure people leave happy with the right purchase for their needs. What stood out most was how professional and easygoing he was throughout the entire process. No pressure, no gimmicks—just honest advice, great communication, and real effort. It’s hard to find salespeople today who still take pride in their work, and he definitely does. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future purchases and recommending this location to friends.
