Ordered a gasket for an older model pressure cooker, June 23, 2025. Called numerous times to be told there were international shipping delays. Really. Kept following up, until August and was told again it could take several more months. Decided it would be easier to just buy a new pressure cooker. So glad I paid by PayPal and was protected by PayPal because I see several people trying to get refunds. I think this company is VERY shady. ***BUYER BEWARE ***.

I placed an order online in August for a bread pan and blade. The blade came right away. Which was great. I emailed to ask about delivery... no answer. I called on 9/5 and was told it was backordered but I would get by the end of month I called on 9/25 still on backorder. So I ordered it from Amazon and got it 4 days later. I called today 10/1 to cancel but they received it in their shipping and even though it will take 10 days before it will ship, they won't cancel. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and snarky. Told me to come and work in the warehouse it I want it faster. Not called for. I was told on 9/6 BY THE END OF THE MONTH! That would be September. Not October!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I placed an order months ago in February expecting delivery in a couple weeks. After 2 weeks I called for status. I spoke to someone and they said I would get my order by the end of March. I have called a dozen times or more since the end of March passed as well as email all emails found on the site with no answer to calls nor response to email. Do not work with this company! They are liars and steal your money. Give me back my money!!!!!!

Overpriced parts where you have buy each piece for your product to make it whole (for example and oil filter container for a deep fryer where the container needs to be purchased, the lid, and any additional pieces to make it whole Iike the way I bought it). Long wait for product (at least in my case) since it had to come in from out the country. When I sent the piece back (since I was not going to pay and wait for additional pieces) I sent it back using my own money because they do not offer return shipping labels only to find out half of the money was refunded. In total I lost a few dollars and a lot of time dealing with this company. If T-Fal refers you to this company just buy a new product.

I ordered a replacement part for blender several weeks ago. No tracking info sent with confirmation email. Phone calls go to IVR with no option to speak with a person. Website does not allow for user to search status. Reply to email bounces back. The item never delivered... I used PayPal [should have used a Credit Card] so I have no way to dispute payment. Buyer Beware!!!
