I purchased a used washer and dryer set from Capital Appliance for a rental property about a year ago. Recently, the dryer started making a loud clunking noise, so I scheduled a service call. Around the same time, the washer stopped spinning all the water and detergent out of the clothes. After the initial repair, the dryer unfortunately stopped working after just one load. At that point, I was understandably frustrated and disappointed, especially since the appliances were only about a year and a half old. However, this is where Capital Appliance really earned my respect. I reached out and shared my concerns, and instead of dismissing them because the appliances were out of warranty, they listened. They took the time to understand the situation, worked with me to find a fair solution, and even absorbed some of the repair costs to help get both machines working properly again. Things don't always go perfectly with used appliances, but great customer service is how a business responds when problems arise. Capital Appliance stood behind their work, treated me fairly, and genuinely cared about making things right. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. Thanks, guys! I was looking to replace my washer and dryer but didnt want to spend a ton of money for quality appliances. I found capital appliances on Facebook and decided to stop by to see their inventory. With Miguel's help, We found a gently used GE set for only $749 on saturday and paid $99 for delivery. Junior and Juni ,They delivered it a couple days later, removed our old set, cleaned out the dryer vent and set up our new set. Junior made sure to wipe down both appliances and took the time to show us how to use them. He also reminded us about the six month warranty as well. I love a great deal and great customer service. From purchase to delivery and installation.......impeccable customer service by everyone and I'll be sure to recommend them to my friends and family.
