DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR lying about the ONE YEAR WARRANTY!!! They have default appliances that will break down within 3 to 6 months and the owner is nasty and rude and he will not honor THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY he has on his website. He will tell you to look on your receipt and it will say after 3 months you have to pay for some to come fix and look at your appliance. He has is rude and has horrible business ethics It's so many other appliance stores to give your money to rather than deal.with the scamming, crooked,rude owner. He need to reportes to The Consumer Protections (Attorney General) for false advertisement. What he is doing is Illegal. Perhaps he need to learn contract law/business law. He is very ignorant and rude. Please do not waste your time on this store used, faulty appliances. Take your business somewhere else where they have better service. This place is a SCAM and I am already doing my complaint to have him investigated. BEWARE!! SCAMMER BUSINESS

Would not recommend. The guy is a business guy. He’s very nice and helpful when you buy the appliance and not at all helpful when the appliance breaks. Bought a refurbished washer at the end of December and it stopped working within 4 months. There was supposed to be a 1 year warranty but when I called to tell the guy it was not working he said there’s probably a sock stuck and that he’ll put a work order for someone to come out. It’s been a week since I called and no service person has come to fix it. After some YouTube videos, my husband and I pulled hoses off and there is no sock. The pump itself probably costs more than the washer costs. We have two children so needed the washer fixed in a reasonable time. Just go to Lowe’s and buy a new washer. This place is a scam and refurbished units are not worth it.

Leaving this review because of the horrible service and customer service we received. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Just eight days after moving in, the washing machine we purchased from Discount City Inc. caused a significant flood on the upper level of our home. The resulting water damage seeped through the floor and into the ceiling of our garage, as documented in the attached photos. We are now facing costly repairs, which we believe are directly attributable to the negligence of the company that sold and delivered the appliance. The responder also made the claim regarding my wife's review that we were not customers of his and that we could be "competitor" making falsehoods. I have attached with my photos the receipt from the company to clarify any disinformation. This is my opinion and my opinion is this company should not be used or any company this owner has a business license with. !!Update following false claim made in response to initial review!! The owner has once again made a false claim. No new shelf was installed, and the washer was not moved until the contractor—hired by Discount City—came and moved it himself. Additionally, when I asked the phone operator at Discount City for the contractor's information, as I was told by the phone operator that he was "probably" the one liable, I was informed that Discount City did not have that information. Additionally, a full test run was never done at installation by the contractor.
