Purchased a new stove to replace one that was no longer cost-effective to repair. Excellent attention and service by sales person, Ty. He made the process efficient and easy. We left having purchased a new stove, knowing exactly when it would arrive and how the process would unfold. It arrived the day we were told it would. Great delivery team who were also direct and efficient, taking care with removing the old unit and installing the new one. Definitely recommend Garner Appliance and Mattress!

The overall experience of purchasing a new range was good. The sales person Dylan was great to work with, I would highly recommend him if you go into the store. The initial install was done by Mark and Devante. They did a phenomenal job, and took the time to do the job right. Unfortunately the range itself needed to be replaced (no fault to garner appliance, just back luck with the range). Dylan with sales handled the issue immediately and had a new one ordered the same day I called in. The 4 stars comes in with the second install team. They did not listen to the instructions on where to move the fridge which led to the water line breaking. Then they said they were unable to make the range level with the counter tops. So they left the range 1 inch below the countertops. I had to go in and fix the water line and correctly level the range myself. It didnt even look like they attempted to use the little feet on the range to raise it. They were all bottomed out. The second install team didnt leave their names so I can't comment on that. Overall I would purchase my other appliances from here. I just think that second install team was pretty lazy.

I had an excellent experience with my washer and dryer delivery. Simon and Dylan were awesome in helping me pick what works best for my needs. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made sure the installation was seamless before leaving. What stood out most was their positive attitude and attention to detail. They took the time to answer my questions and ensured everything was working properly. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service these days, and it made the experience stress-free from start to finish.
