They never came for scheduled appointment. When I couldve booked with someone else for this emergency but thankfully I called three j’s appliance and they have a cheaper diagnostic fee that goes toward the repair and are able to come same day. This is so unprofessional. Appointment was supposed to be between 10 am and 1pm. It’s 12:45. Nobody has called or came yet. So I’m sure they’re not coming for said appointment and if is going to be later could’ve communicated that instead of going nonresponsive which is very weird to me for a business. AND PLEASE DONT REPLY WITH A LIE because this is the truth! And then chose to reach out at 4:30 pm …almost 4 hours after the appointment was supposed to happen is very unprofessional and unacceptable so you can reply all you want but it’s still wrong! Your “small business” won’t last long with that behavior.

We had a great experience with company at the end of March. We ordered a refrigerator and they had it within a week, which was 2 weeks earlier than 2 other businesses we considered. They called us the morning it arrived and brought it out that afternoon. Very pleasant, professional, and took great care getting it in and installed. We are very happy! When I get ready for a new oven, we will do business with Southern Appliances first! Thanks!!

Big shout-out to Jose at Southern Appliances & Home Services! I had a problem with my side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator, and he came out quickly to check it. He found the issue right away and had it running like new just a couple of days later. Southern Appliances has the best prices around. I really appreciated Jose’s honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issue and how he would fix it. If I ever have any issues again, I will definitely call Southern Appliances. I highly recommend them!
