Every employee was super helpful!! My dryer stopped heating and I called to ask if they had a heating element in stock. The first lady was wonderful and ran me through diagnostics and possibilities before replacing the heating element. I tried all of that and ended up having to replace the heating element, Which they had in stock! After replacing the heating element, my dryer wasn’t getting hot, just warm. I called back to ask if they had a thermostat and the gentleman then ran me through other diagnostics and possibilities that it could be , it ended up being the vent in the back was clogged!! which probably made the heating element go out in the first place! Their friendliness and knowledge was so greatly appreciated!

I purchased a couple of parts to repair my washing machine. The repair went bad when I broke a mechanism while almost to the part needing replacing. I decided to buy another used washer instead and return the parts I had purchased at Don’s. Bono and his team returned my parts without a hassle. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
